We call it “Yoga for Everyone” because anyone, yes anyone can participate in this class! Move , breathe, stretch and balance your body , mind & spirit. Andrea teaches a dynamic form of yoga that brings inner peace as well as outer strength. Learn breath techniques to give you more energy or help you sleep. The class is One hour 15 minutes , with a short mediation for bliss at the end.
